Art

Creating massive, immersive online worlds requires a large team of concept artists, effects artists, animators, riggers, environmental artists, and more. Our games are only ever growing, which means there’s always new universes to create.

Audio

A living world needs to sound, well, alive. The audio team’s sound designers and musicians make sure all of our game’s sound effects, ambiance, music, and voice-overs create an enchanting experience for our players.

Community

Fostering an active, welcoming community is vitally important for an online game, and our Community Managers work hard to ensure everybody who plays our games has a place and a voice.

Customer Support

Sometimes, you need a little help both in game and out. The Customer Support team of agents, analysts, and moderators stand ready to help all of our players to get into the game and stay in the game.

Design

The Design team works to build our games' content and rules. The team crafts every system, zone, quest, monster, and character you can experience when exploring our worlds.

Facilities

Facilities professionals ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. They manage building operations, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring that all structures meet safety standards and support business activities.

Finance/Accounting

This department plays a critical role in managing an organization's financial health and ensures long-term stability. They oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting while complying with regulations and industry standards.

Human Resources

HR is crucial to fostering a supportive and engaging workplace where employees thrive. They manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development while also overseeing policies, benefits, and compliance.

IT

Our studios require a large IT team to maintain and improve the technology the we use each and every day. This includes the machines the teams work on, the network, and more.


Legal

This team protects the organization by ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and providing strategic legal guidance. As trusted advisors, they oversee contracts, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution while upholding ethical and legal standards.

Marketing

Behind every successful studio is a dynamic marketing team driving brand awareness, player engagement, and strategic growth - ensuring that the games and people behind it reach their full potential.

Platform

Some of our studios create live products, and that means maintaining an online platform, day and night. The platform team is made up of many engineers and producers, working to monitor and improve the status of our game’s servers and updates.

Production

Making video games is a huge undertaking, so our studios have a large team of producers and managers who assist with the planning and execution of all of the teams and development goals.

Programming

Behind every game is a dedicated team of software programmers and engineers who work on the game’s engine, tools, AI, physics, graphics, and more.


QA

When building large, online games, there’s a lot of complexity at work. Our large QA team is comprised of many different testers, analysts, and managers, and they work tirelessly to identify and diagnose issues with our products.

Sales

This team drives business growth by building strong client relationships and delivering effective solutions. They identify opportunities and manage the sales process to achieve revenue goals while providing exceptional customer service.

While we strive to provide all candidates with a decision on their application, real humans are reviewing every single one submitted and given the high volume of applications we cannot guarantee that you will always receive one.

We entrust our studio teams to decide the best approach for in-person versus remote work. With that in mind, we still expect most ZeniMax employees to live in the same country as their home studio.

The order and length of the process may vary from studio to studio so ask your recruiter what you can expect when you speak to them. 

  • Submit an application: If you are a match, you will hear from one of our recruiters.

  • Recruiter Screen: Before you dive into formal interviews and panels, you will have a short conversation with a recruiter about your work history and interests. 

  • Skill Tests: Some roles may require a test to showcase your expertise. 

  • Formal Interviews/Panel Interviews: We will schedule a series of interviews with the relevant studio teams.
